Highway Blues

She was riding on the deserted highway aimlessly. The moonless night was getting dark and dense with every passing hour. The visibility was zero apart from the vision of the bike’s light.
A shadow, walking dead slow, disturbed her momentum. She honked; no response, she yelled; again, silent. Irritated, she got off the bike and went near, ‘you maniac, if you wanna crawl then do that on the sideways, not on the middle of the road. Now MOVE.’
The shadow turned to her, ‘Oh! I am sorry, just trying to find my body, I died here last month, can you help me find it?’ A shrewd smile appeared on his face, his eyes turned bloody ‘come to me dear.’ He emitted a loud scream. Shocked, she collapsed on the road.
‘And cut it. Excellent shot Rahil ji. Athiya, your collapse was damn natural.’ Director yelled, ‘Now pack up fast guys. This place is really spooky.’
‘Come on Athiya, stand up, good shot it was’ Rahil shook her shoulder ‘get up lady’.
She opened her eyes, to his horror; they had turn carbon black. She caught hold of his hand ‘the road to real horror starts here. Ha ha ha…..’ Her laughter amplified in a loud scream.
