Dressing Up

‘Jack dear, this is the 7th dress! You better approve it; this trial is boring me now.’

‘Well, 7th time’s a charm, honey.’ Jack smiled, ‘And you know what, this outfit is perfect. You look lovely.’

‘Oh Jack!’ Rose saw her reflection in the mirror, ‘you’re one hell of a perfectionist.’ She moved forward to kiss him.

‘Careful darling, the crimson hasn't set yet.' He stopped her, 'have to say, the accessories on you looks so lively.’ Jack was elated.

‘Had to be, Leonardo & Kate were so supportive when we asked for their stuff. Let’s go.’ They left for the party.

Leonardo & Kate, the neighbors, complied silently, after Jack hammered them at evening tea. They now laid unconscious on the floor. Kate’s beautiful fingers now graced Rose's neck; her lips were torn to extract the blood for Rose’s lips. Leonardo’s nails were plucked up to give a glittering effect to Rose’s
hair, for the HALLOWEEN Party.
